General Terms and Conditions
For all business relationships between the client and Hannes Friesenegger (Hannes Friesenegger Photographer)
Scope of Application
These terms and conditions apply to all contractual agreements between Hannes Friesenegger and the client.
- Contract valid upon signature and deposit payment
- Confirmation sent via email
Scope of Services
- Photographic coverage on the wedding day
- Professional image editing
- Online gallery provision
- High-resolution digital files
- Optional: Engagement shoots, albums
Payment Terms
upon contract signing
4 weeks before event
upon delivery
All prices include statutory VAT.
Cancellation Fees
- More than 12 months: Deposit amount
- 6-12 months: 50% of total amount
- Less than 6 months: 75%
- Less than 3 months: 100%
Rescheduling: Once free of charge if done 6+ months in advance
Delivery Times
- Sneak Peeks: Within 72 hours
- Final Gallery: 8-12 weeks after wedding
- Image selection at artistic discretion
- RAW files are not delivered
Copyright
All rights remain with the photographer. Private use permitted.
- Portfolio use by photographer permitted
- Exclusion possible for 15% surcharge
- Commercial use only by agreement
Liability & Warranty
Liability limited to intent and gross negligence.
- Backup systems in place
- In case of force majeure: Replacement or refund
Data Protection
- GDPR compliant
- No disclosure to third parties
- Use for portfolio/marketing purposes
Destination Weddings
- Travel costs billed separately
- Deposit increased to 50%
- Free cancellation in case of travel restrictions
